This website is run by Sugbo Maya Restaurant ("we", "us"), New Port, Maya, Daanbantayan, Cebu 6013, Philippines. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

Browsing this website. The site has no accounts, sign-up forms, analytics or advertising trackers, so we don’t collect personal information while you browse. Like every website, our website hosting provider automatically records technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

Your cookie choice. If you accept or decline the map, your browser stores that choice locally so we don’t ask again. It never leaves your device. See the Cookie Policy.

When you contact us. If you call, message us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram, or email us to reserve a table, book an event or ask about catering, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, date, headcount and requests.

• To keep the website running and secure.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don’t sell or rent personal information. Some parts of the site connect to services run by other companies, which handle data under their own policies:

• Google Maps (the map on our Visit page) loads only if you accept it and may set Google cookies.
• Facebook, Messenger and Instagram (Meta), when you follow our links or message us there.
• our website hosting provider, which serves the website.

Fonts and photos are served from our own website, not from third-party servers.

Photos on this site come from our own events and were first shared on our Facebook page. Photos of children appear only in our Stories, with parents’ consent, and we never name a child. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, email sugbomaya.seafoodsgrill@yahoo.com with the page and photo, and we’ll take it down promptly.

We keep booking and contact details only as long as needed for your reservation or event, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example, for tax records). Then we delete or anonymise them.

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

• be informed about how your personal data is processed;
• access your personal data and ask for a copy;
• object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased or blocked;
• data portability;
• claim damages; and
• file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
