October 2026: Bilao sa Roro
Every so often the kitchen builds a feast around the season. In October 2026 it was Bilao sa Roro: a Filipino sharing feast laid out for families, barkadas and travellers passing through Maya.

Under the Sea Halloween Party
Held on Halloween, now two years running
Our Halloween party for kids aged 3 to 13. On 31 October 2026 it ran from 1 to 4:30 PM: games, magic and costume awards, with prizes such as an overnight stay at SugboMaya Suite & Inn.

Birthdays and family milestones at long garden tables with florals and candles, a cake table, and a whole roast pig carved for the guests. We have even catered a grandmother’s 96th birthday on a few days’ notice.
